I have also added some new folks to my flist. Hello new folks! Some of you may be wondering who the hell I am and why I friended you, maybe because I didn't comment on your lj (which is possible because I am forgetful like that and sometimes shy). So here is a short who-the-hell-am-I:

My actual name is Gemma, but I got my username in HL fandom about six years ago. I actually started out on a Richie/Methos yahoo group about 8 years ago, when I was 14. I chose the name because Methos was and still is a complete favourite of mine, though I've recently been thinking of changing it.
I'm Scottish, born in a tiiiiiiny town right next to Loch Lomond. Moved to Aberdeen four years ago to start a degree in Anthropology at U of Aberdeen. I've had many flatmates over the four years, two of which I've lived with right through, and I'm lucky that I've stayed friends with most of them when they moved back to their own countries (I've only ever had one Scottish flatmate). I'm about to graduate and move away from Aberdeen, hopefully to London, to start a job.
As for fandom, right now I'm into bandslash, sga , spn and criminal minds if I can get it, but the fandom for that is really small. I friend journals because I like the fic, or because I just like the author's snark. I also friend rec journals and things like that.
That's the short version- boring as all hell but I post about the less boring things like my comic obsession or love for Spencer Smith all the time :-)
